Privacy and information

If audio is used, it is transcribed during workflow processing to support documentation.
The recording is not kept as a permanent audio file.
Your information is handled within the practice’s normal privacy and clinical record obligations.

Your choice

Participation is voluntary.
You can ask questions, decline, or ask your clinician to stop using it.
Your care will continue in the usual way if you choose not to participate.
