Invite admins
Users now begin team setup by sending an admin invitation from a single structured flow. The invite form captures practice selection, name, and email, validates required fields, and supports preselection of the target practice from workflow context.

Admin access
Once the invitation is accepted, admin staff can support day-to-day operations and help teams keep workflows moving. This includes access to users, templates, workflows, integrations, generated documentation, consult context, and key practice settings.
