Overview
This major release is focused on real clinical workflow speed and consistency. We redesigned core consult experiences, expanded output options, and strengthened integrations so teams can move from consult to completed documentation with less manual follow-up.
- Ambient workspace rebuilt for cleaner in-consult flow
- New patient, referral, and NDIS template packs
- Live transcription with improved clarity across long sessions
- Context-aware drafting from medications, prior letters, and notes
- Expanded EMR pathways and stronger investigations access
- Faster loading and improved reliability through clinic-day usage
- Custom workflow onboarding with hands-on implementation support
Ambient workspace rebuilt for live consults
The in-consult workspace has been reworked to reduce friction while documenting live. Capture, drafting, and output review now flow more cleanly, with better stability during longer clinic sessions.
- Smoother consult-to-draft progression with fewer interaction steps
- Improved session resilience for long or high-volume clinic blocks

Templates and outputs tuned for specialist workflows
We shipped expanded template coverage across patient letters, referrals, and NDIS outputs. This release also improves output consistency so teams can finalise documentation with less post-consult editing.
- New templates for patient communication, referrals, and NDIS workflows
- Cleaner structure and stronger consistency across clinician outputs

Richer context for more accurate drafting
Drafting now uses deeper clinical context from medications, prior letters, and existing notes. This helps improve relevance in generated outputs and reduces repeated corrections.
- Medication context now feeds directly into generated drafts
- Prior letters and notes improve output relevance and consistency

Expanded EMR integrations
Integration pathways were broadened to support more EMR workflows with cleaner setup and more reliable data sync. Teams can move between patient context and documentation with less friction.
- Broader EMR pathway support across clinic workflow scenarios
- Cleaner setup flow with more reliable sync behaviour

More reliable external investigations access
Investigations access is now more reliable across more provider pathways, helping teams review results faster and reduce manual chasing during real clinic operations.
- Improved provider pathway reliability for investigations retrieval
- Faster in-workflow results review with less manual chasing

Performance, reliability, and rollout support
We delivered underlying performance work to improve loading speed and stability through full clinic days. For teams implementing new pathways, Dorsum onboarding now includes tighter support for custom workflow configuration.
- Faster loading and better stability through high-volume clinic days
- Hands-on onboarding support for custom team workflow rollout
